Growing up, dancing was huge part of my childhood. And everyone around me could dance. Whether it was Salsa, Merengue, or Bachata, when the music turned on, no matter the vibe, people danced circles around each other. This happened so often that, the behavior transferred into different aspects of our lives. Instead of being direct I learned how to dance around my issues with people.
Well, the dancing stops now!
My mission is to help audiences develop strategies on how to identify personal limits and prioritize self-care
